Stand up Malaysian! Stand up Perakians!

Malaysiakini: State secretary Abdul Rahman Hashim instructs Menteri Besar Mohd Nizar and all exco members to vacate their offices at the state secretariat as soon as possible. They have been reminded not to take any official documents with them. They were also told to hand in their official car keys as well as the keys to their offices.

Questions:-
(a) Had any one ever confirmed that the resignation of Three (3) ADUNs be invalid?
(b) Is it legal to force the MB to vacate office without a motion of non confidence being passed?
(c) Whether the voice of the People are being heard?
Stand up Malaysian! Stand up Perakians! Join the rally tonight at Stadium Perak 7pm. We show the People’s Power!

  1. Yes there should be a voting among the ADUNS if they have confident in the PR Government and see if all the BN ADUNS vote against the MB and what is the score. But at the same time, those ADUNs which switch party cannot be in the legistration as they have been declared by the speaker

  4. Start the protest. Show the world what Malaysian are facing with a corrupted BN government. Show the world that in Malaysia, if you got money and power then you are the KING.

Please stage more protest to send messages to the people and the world especially to the commonwealth countries. Let the British come back and help us rebuild our country.

Somehow we have to follow the Thai long rally protest.

  8. The sultan has done all in his capacity to resolve this deadlock.
Well said, His Highness only look at the numbers, He do not care what's the real story is.

Sultan had made his mind; I am afraid more rallies irritate him more...

Wong, life goes on. Use your capacity as ADUN to wrestle with
them in the next state assembly meetings. Though this time PR has fallen, make sure BN has no easy life in their governance. They had reputations of 'money politics'.

  9. thai has learn what is democracy all about , malaysians should do that also, but in a peaceful way, wong, should you become the opposition side again, never mind, every country that is strong, oppositions are always strong, i think the sultan also oppress by bn, remember what mahathir did to the sultan at all the states ?

  10. Friends,

Bear in mind, that the sultan daughter is the director of Gamuda and has a huge share in it. where do you think Gamuda gets it projects from??? From the Federal Government lah which is the BN. If the sultan doesnt allow BN to return as state government, do you think Gamuda will get project.

This is only one small reason to talk about. I am sure there are plenty more and all of it is concerning money $$$$$.

  11. This latest show by the Sultan and BN certainly demonstrate that they are prepare to do anything within their power to achieve their aim at what ever cost.

So this is also a wake up call to the Pakatan Trio, PAS, DAP and PKR not to take things for granted.

To stop and reduce future defectors, it may be wise to field professional people. They stand m,ore to lose when they defect rather tahn some uneducated person like Hee Yit Foong who is only interested to fight for position.

Same for other DAP and Pakatan assemblyman. They should not go to the press for anything they dislike like Kula. This gives the impression to the rakyat that there is in fighting.

Pakatan should have a forum for all elected representative to voice their opinion.

Until today, no shadow cabinet have been formed and it appear that the opposition is not a force to reckon with yet. Or the big Trio cannot decide if they can work together.

To most rakyat, the Pakatan team does not exist it. It is just a marriage of convenience. Lokk at how Kapal Singh Looking at the bright side I even as a Chinese feel it is a good system. we can use what is good in it and add more.

Like in Kedah, Pas nad PKR form teh state goverment minus DAP. In Penang, DAP and PKR form the state goverment minus PAS.

If we plan to win the next election, both Federal and State, this indifference must be worked out and fight like a team. No more argument after that. Otherwise the "Team" is just another plate of " spill sand" in the end.

They stand more to lose when they defect rather than some uneducated persons like Hee Yit Foong who is only interested to fight for personal gains and position. If she cannot get what she wants, she threaten to resign.

Her name will be shame for 10,000 years. She and her family.

Same for other DAP and Pakatan assemblyman. They should not go to the press for anything they dislike like Kula. They should know how to control their temper. These little actions will gives the impression to the rakyat that there is in fighting in the PKR.

Pakatan should have a forum for all elected representative to voice their opinion unlike now. Soemone say they are just being vocal but is this the right way for a PKR team. If it is, then I am not ready for this type of politics yet.

Until today, no shadow cabinet have been formed and it appear that the opposition is not a force to reckon with yet. Or is it that the big Trio cannot decide who should do what or if they can work together ?

To most rakyat, the Pakatan team does not exist it. For me, it is just a marriage of convenience. Look at how Kapal Singh fury in the press.

Pas wants HUdud, Kapal Singh like Indian Law, Lim Kit Siang like Chinese law, Anwar in teh middle, cannot do anything as the Titans clash.

Looking at the bright side I even as a Chinese feel that Hudud have some good system and law. We can use what is good in it and add more.

Franky speaking I do not intend to break the law so why should I be concern. But if soemone steal or rob me, I hope he be killed, let alone just chop his hand off in Hudud law.

Looking back at the Pakatan team,

Like in Kedah, Pas and PKR form the state goverment minus DAP. In Penang, DAP and PKR form the state goverment minus PAS. So you call you 3 as a team or just a maiirage of convenience.

Finally, if we plan to win the next election, both Federal and State, this indifference must be worked out and the 3 of you or maybe more next time when the time comes, should fight like a team. No more PAS, DAP and PKR. It should be just PKR. No more argument . Otherwise the "Team" is just another plate of " spill sand" in the end.

    Habis cerita again.

Is there a way to make Hee YIt Foong to resign as DAP may have under taking from those who stand for election? Don't tell me with so many lawyers, there is no way in drafting the letter to ensure when one become a frog, the malaysian laws cannot compel them to reign? This is one way to bring down the BN Government.

Next time don't use the word - "Fong Fei Kee" use the word "Hee Yit Foong" - she wanted to be famous as she sacrifice 20 years. We can start to the word for being a traitor.

Since DAP especially Karpal Singh is vehemently speak up about hopping law, can't DAP take action against Hee? Don't DAP has a mechanism to penalise her?

  16. The impending Bukit Gantang parliamentary by-election to be held as a result of the death of its incumbent MP will provide a much-needed platform for PR to demonstrate its strength and popularity among the People.

Bukit Gantang, previously a Barisan stronghold but was lost in the previous GE, is a Malay predominant seat. A stronger than before victory for PR will reaffirm the general sentiment that the 'new' state government lack the moral authority to rule. A defeat for UMNO will be a crushing blow to the in-coming PM, signalling the forthright rejection of UMNO/BN among Malays/Malaysians.

Let's use the Bukit Gantang as a referendum. Let the People's voice to be heard.
