Latest: Our way to Dewan Sitting on 03.03.2009 No. 5

The Police and FRU are making a mockery of the democratic system in the Country while the State Secretary had technically declared a Public Holiday for all the staffs in SUK tomorrow, 03.03.2009.

From what they have done, it could be contemplated that we will not be allowed to enter the State Building. It is ridiculous if we, being the elected reps and representing the Rakyat, are being obstructed to enter the State Building tomorrow.

But we know, anything can happen in Malaysia. What Najib said will always be “colet, colet, colet”, and what Sivakumar said will always be illegal. Is this the Malaysia we are looking at after 52 years?

  2. YB Wong..

Perakians are behind you guys in this fight, do not give up! And I pray for your success to regain justice.

Eventhough we know BN can do anything via the enforcement officers/federal control, and grabbing back power through Sivakumar would be tough, but we have to give them a tough time at least!

Even if they manage to thwart PR's effort, do not fret as they will pay back a heavy price during the next GE.. it will only infuriate the rakyat nationwide more..they will ultimately lose power.

    All the best,
    Your constituent in Canning.

  3. YB Wong,

PR will not be able to win this battle. BN has the full possession of "ammunition" literally speaking.
Doctrine of separation of power is in jeopardy is the main topic of the day. PR Perak will eventually fall in time to come as legislature and judiciary can be overrule by executive. The only mean possibility is to push for a state assembly dissolution but could that be happening? Your royal highness will not condone to such decision by revoking earlier statement. What would the greatest loss in this sense during this crucial period? The people of Perak will be in the most suffer state.

One area of bringing the whole issue out is to bring into the limelights of NGOs, international journalist, discuss about the main subject of invasion of privacy or intrusion of doctrine of separation of power in Malaysia. Invite panels of politics analyst from S'pore,M'sia,Indo'sia,or even QC. Invite BN to call for YB Nizar & YB Zambry to be taken out in the ring of fight in a form of debate depicts the perak law. Make known to all the main purposes of the debate. Final conclusion is to protect our democratic monarchy system in Malaysia to safeguard the kings name, the legislation & also judiciary. All of us know that a state speaker is not confined into any form of charges by courts decision in the mean of executing the role in state assembly. If there is a need to make it into drastic measures, announce a champion by end of the debate. Make sure it involves enough NGOs from both inside and outside countries as much as possible in order to minimize foul play in the process.

We as perak people dont want any possibility of PR perak being captured through ISA with the reasoning of causing political uncertainty in perak. When there's an arrest, there is always reason to be created.

Be sure the whole dilemma has cause enough uproar to people of perak and to the whole malaysia. You can bet with bigger majority for coming 13th GE. People who crave for temporary power will not last long. Bad elements of news has been diffused into outskirts villages and it is time to show a better positive elements in the controlled media. Well, have a thought of this...im sure there are still other better way...take care...faithful malaysian
